The Smart People Around Me
It's hard to ignore smart presence when you sit right next to them or just a few seats away. That's why it's hard to ignore how smart some people are in university. Seeing them makes me question what exactly can I accomplish when I have to compete with brilliant people like them.
In deed how can I compete at all? They are obviously smart to another level.
But then I remember Mr. President and suddenly I feel strangely encouraged.

Maybe it depends on the faculty. I remember being disappointed with the classmates around me - many were just goofing around through university. I was always the one who answered all the questions in class etc.
Thanks for visiting!
I think it depends on faculty too. But when I say smart, mostly I am talking about smartness beyond book smart. As in those who actually know how to fully apply that knowledge. In commerce it's the people who create their own businesses. In comp sci it's those who understand computers way beyond what's required in class.
I think it also depends on who I hang out with. I just have a habit of hanging out with people smarter than me.
